About Professional Step Professional Step will provide participants with the space to identify, practice and cultivate the core leadership competencies they must develop within themselves on order to manage, motivate and coach their team to meet the increasing expectations of the business. Transitioning from an individual contributor to first-time manager, then adapting to increased management responsibilities is a challenging stage in any individual's career path. But it is at this time that, if afforded the opportunity, managers can mature into true professionals.
