Peter Waite Career Coach Peter Waite has consulted with the Waite Group for over twenty years and is presently Executive Chairman of Waite InterSearch, a member of a global Executive Search firm with 77 offices in 39 countries.  His previous experience was in management with a major oil company where he became involved in recruitment and personal development training. Peter has conducted assignments in executive search throughout Australia and has directed international appointments.  He has recruited and counselled executives in a wide range of disciplines including marketing, accounting, banking, finance and engineering for large corporations and small businesses. Peter has chaired “Human Resources Week” for the Australian Human Resource Institute for four years and has also featured in publications in The Age, The Herald Sun, and Business Review Weekly.  He is a sought after speaker on Executive Search and Human Resource issues and presents at the Australian Institute of Company Director’s to Non Executive Directors on “How to Get onto a Company Board”. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and was Vice-President of the Old Melburnians Society in 1996.  He is currently President of the Toorak Services Club, Director of the Global InterSearch Board and Executive Chairman of Waite InterSearch Australia.
